Personal Data Protection — Privacy Notice

This notice has been prepared by Mavidev Yazılım ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., acting as data controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Personal data processed

The full name, work email address, organization name and message content you submit through the contact form are processed.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed for the purpose of responding to your request and communicating with you, on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 5/2(f) of the KVKK. Your data is not used for marketing purposes and is not added to marketing lists.

Retention period

Form data is retained for a reasonable period after your request is concluded; if a business relationship arises, it is retained for the periods required by the applicable legislation.

Transfers

Your data is hosted on the systems of our infrastructure provider, Amazon Web Services, in the European Union (Frankfurt) region; any transfer abroad in this context is carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (requesting information, correction, deletion, objection, etc.) by contacting info@mavidev.com.
