OUR ROOTS — BANKING SOFTWARE DATING BACK TO 1999
We develop core banking projects within banks' own environments, on their own systems. We don't sell a product; we work inside your existing architecture, to your standards, shoulder to shoulder with your teams.
Let's talk about your projectIn the bank's environment, by the bank's rules — four principles guide our work.
Development takes place within the bank's own systems and access rules; code and data do not leave your organization's boundaries.
We work routinely in environments governed by banking regulations: access management, change records and audit trails are part of our daily practice.
We work in the same processes and with the same tools as your in-house teams; knowledge builds within your organization, without creating dependency on us.
Security reflexes shaped by financial systems: least privilege, code review, traceability.
We provide services across three main areas of the core banking lifecycle.
Development and maintenance of modules across deposit, lending, payment and accounting processes.
Connecting core banking systems with internal and external systems: service layers, API design, and middleware development.
Gradual renewal of legacy systems; transformation without stopping the running system.
Six defined steps, specific to banking projects.
Scope, stakeholders and the working model are clarified; access, accounts and authorization are provisioned in line with the organization's security procedures.
The existing system architecture and business rules are examined; the scope of impact is identified, and the solution design is aligned with the organization's architectural standards.
Development within the organization's systems, to its release and quality standards — with traceable change records.
Unit, integration and user acceptance testing in the organization's test environments, in line with regulatory and internal audit requirements.
A transition aligned with the organization's release calendar and go-live procedures, with a defined rollback plan.
Post-release support, knowledge transfer and documentation handover.
Step durations and details are planned jointly, based on your organization's processes and project scope.
We have deep domain knowledge in banking and financial systems, with roots reaching back to 1999. A prerequisite for any banking project is being able to speak the same language as bankers about banking problems. We learned that language in the field — from deposits to lending, from payments to accounting.
Mavidev is a member of BIAN, the global network that develops banking architecture standards. In projects, we work with industry-standard architectural concepts as a common language.
Let us walk you through our project-based and team-extension models — and define the scope together.
