Mavidev shares job openings on recruitment portals and its website after setting staffing needs. Applications are evaluated, and shortlisted candidates are interviewed. Successful candidates then join the Mavidev team.

SO, HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

1. Online Application Step

Candidates can apply online through our company's official website or designated job platforms.

2. Pre-Screening Process
Applications and resumes are carefully reviewed during the preliminary assessment process, and suitability for the relevant position and compliance with the required criteria are objectively evaluated.
3. Phone Interview

This step is carried out to verify the information provided in the applicants' resumes and to assess their suitability for our company culture.

4. Competency-Based HR Interview

This step aims to assess candidates' specific competencies and behaviors based on their past experiences. Interview questions are determined according to the fundamental competencies and behaviors candidates should possess, aiming to observe how they utilize these competencies.

5. Technical Interview

At this stage, the aim is to evaluate candidates' technical knowledge and skills specific to the position being interviewed for.

6. Case Study Process

This stage, which aims to assess candidates' analytical abilities and decision-making processes, typically allows candidates to address technical cases within a limited timeframe. Candidates are given a case to demonstrate their abilities to analyze problems, develop solution proposals, and present these proposals.

7. Case Study Interview

During the case interview process, candidates have the opportunity to demonstrate their performance and suitability for the position through their abilities showcased in the recruitment process. This approach reflects a transparent process that enables candidates to demonstrate their analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

8. Hiring

ORIENTATION

INewly hired candidates are included in a specialized orientation program aimed at facilitating their adaptation to the company culture and their positions. The content and duration of the orientation program can be customized based on the position the candidate will be serving in.
